We are not big on hands on physio. We are not sure if it really helps people and it takes up valuable time that we can be helping you to help yourself.
We make sweet home exercise programs that you can actually follow without feeling like you are playing a game of twister.
We give you an exercise diary and come back later and ask you, “How are you going with that?”.
We know where you are going to be doing your exercise (you are going to be doing exercise – you knew that right?!). We don’t need fancy gear to get you going either so don’t expect us to be selling you coloured elastic bands.

We catch you in the comfort of your own home. We get to meet your family and your pets and while we usually don’t accept the tea because of all the driving with limited access to toilets, you will find it much more comfortable than visiting a clinic.
If we are coming out to see your parents, we get a good feel for where your folks are living and can provide more specific advice about keeping them safe at home. We have time to have a chat to you over the phone if you want an update.
We need feedback. We don’t think that we have it all together. We would love to hear any ideas about how we can do what we do more betterer.
